Established In 2009
Hello, I am Chris Delemarre, I started Care By Chris in 2009. I have worked hard and take pride in what I have created for myself. I strive daily to excel in my high standards, in what I want to represent to you as the future customers. My experiences have helped mold me into the man I am today and have assisted me to have more confidence to further my knowledge into knowing and learning property management on so many levels. It has branched out into so many more special trades I have learned along the way. Before I started this company I had a commercial truck driving license, I was also a marine electrician on private mega yachts for many big companies and famous people around the world. I have held many other titles along the way in many different fields. Most of all they all had to do with customer services or property management, not the financial side. All jobs usually had me managing crews of different types of people from all over the world. I have met so many amazing people along the way.
In 2013, I decided to move to Northern California. It was an enormous change, but it was for multiple reasons and multiple opportunities. So, I was working multiple jobs in the Bay area, three to be exact. I was constantly working, none of this time was working for myself, nor doing what I truly loved. But one of the jobs got me back on track to what I truly loved. I was working for a big construction company in San Jose, Ca., they also had a property management side. I ended up with about 30-40 properties that were my responsibility, from South San Jose to San Francisco. Then in 2014, I moved up to Penn Valley, Ca., another big change and another set different miscellaneous jobs. They were all very important job experiences that helped me get to were I am today. Also moving to Grass Valley and eventually to Auburn, has had an impact on the different array of geographical landscapes and different types of weather to work in. It was all part of the journey to get here. I did property management, well-drilling, well service tech, solar electrician, construction, and all while building up my clientele to restart my company. So I could get back to what I truly love, working outside, assisting my clients to achieve their ultimate goals for whatever tasks they ask for me and my associates to help make come a reality. Designing one of a kind outdoor landscapes for each clients wanted desires and visions. I like to create a sustainable landscape that is easy for you or I to continue to maintain.
Most of all I enjoy meeting new people and watching the transformation of the property I am working on become the sanctuary my clients dreamed about. I get as much joy as my clients, when the job is done and they are 100% satisfied, and get to witness the pure joy and happiness they get from my work. When I work with a client, I like to form a friendship with them. I like to let them know that if I took the job on, I will treat it with most utmost respect and care as if it was mine. With that being said, in 2018, Care By Chris was restarted. I have been servicing the areas of Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and everywhere between, meeting amazing clients and doing the unthinkable with some of my jobs. Which would not be possible without my amazing crew, other business associates and contractors I have had the pleasure of working with along the way.
